Understanding Your Needs
At IGUL, we emphasize understanding our clients to ensure that we can deliver the most tailored service. We start with a thorough exploration of your goals, preferences, budget and expectations to ensure personalized and effective solutions.
Planning
After aligning our understanding and objectives with our clients, we meticulously plan their new home, including a detailed set of plans for contractors, in adherence to local regulations and contractual requirements. We collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and within specified budgets, and also provide custom-designed furniture when needed.
Supervision
Throughout the construction phase, we ensure adherence to the plans provided to all contractors involved. However, we highly recommend hiring a project supervisor, typically an engineer, to ensure meticulous oversight and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the construction process.
Purchasing
In parallel with the planning phase, we accompany our clients to various suppliers, both local and/or abroad, to assist in selecting suitable kitchen fittings, sanitary wares, flooring, lighting, and other furnishings, accessories, and art pieces. This stage is pivotal in personalizing your residence and transforming it into a true home.
